Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded or diced
  • 1 ripe avocado mashed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing or your favorite dressing

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mashed avocado, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface. Spread 1 tablespoon of ranch dressing on each tortilla.
  3. Evenly distribute the chicken and avocado mixture among the tortillas, placing it in the center.
  4. Top each with cherry tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and red onion.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
  6. Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for later.
