In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mashed avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Lay out the whole wheat tortillas on a clean surface.
Place a handful of mixed greens in the center of each tortilla.
Spoon an equal amount of the chicken and avocado mixture onto each tortilla, spreading it evenly.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately, or wrap in parchment paper for later.
