  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather mixing bowls and a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the unsalted peanut butter, granulated sugar, and eggs. Mix until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract, vanilla protein powder, and baking soda until well incorporated.
  4. Gently fold in the chocolate chips using a rubber spatula until evenly distributed.
  5. Using a tablespoon, portion out the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown and centers are slightly underdone.
  7. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
