- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine well-drained chopped spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan, cream cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, and egg yolk. Stir until creamy.
- Unroll the Kraft Refrigerated Crescent Rolls and cut each triangular piece in half.
- Take about 1 tablespoon of spinach filling and place it in the center of each triangle. Fold and pinch edges to seal.
- Brush a thin layer of beaten egg white over the tops of each crescent roll.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and flakey.
