Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine well-drained chopped spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan, cream cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, and egg yolk. Stir until creamy.
  3. Unroll the Kraft Refrigerated Crescent Rolls and cut each triangular piece in half.
  4. Take about 1 tablespoon of spinach filling and place it in the center of each triangle. Fold and pinch edges to seal.
  5. Brush a thin layer of beaten egg white over the tops of each crescent roll.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and flakey.
