  • 32 ounces Frozen Hashbrowns Thawed
  • 1 pound Breakfast Sausage Cooked
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 6 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk Can substitute with almond or oat milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers Optional
  • 1 cup Onions Optional
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Optional

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish using cooking spray or butter.
  3. Spread the thawed hashbrowns evenly across the bottom of the baking dish.
  4. Crumble the cooked sausage over the hashbrowns.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses and sprinkle over the sausage.
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  7. Pour the whisked egg mixture evenly over the layered ingredients in the baking dish.
  8. Top with the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
  9. If using, scatter the optional bell peppers and onions over the cheese layer.
  10. Bake for 45-50 minutes until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  11. Cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
