Using your hands, shape the dough into small balls (about the size of a golf ball) and place them in the prepared pan.
If desired, sprinkle chopped parsley over the top for added flavor and color.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.
Allow the bread to cool for a few minutes before serving. Pull apart and enjoy warm.
