Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Once shimmering, toss in the diced jalapeños and minced garlic, sautéing for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Spray the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese with shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses, sour cream, cooked bacon, sautéed jalapeños and garlic, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture into your prepared slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes until creamy.
  5. Garnish the dip with sliced green onions, extra bacon pieces, and cheese before serving warm with your favorite dippers.
