Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add green beans and cook for 3-5 minutes. Drain and plunge into ice water.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add blanched green beans to the skillet and warm for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes over the beans. Toss to distribute flavors.
  5. Lower heat and add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Stir until melted and combined.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with parsley before serving.
