- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked crab meat, shrimp, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and chopped green onions. Sprinkle in garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Take a small flour tortilla and place 2-3 tablespoons of the prepared filling in the center. Fold the sides inwards and roll tightly from the bottom to seal.
- Pour enough oil into a skillet to cover 1 inch of the bottom. Heat over medium-high heat until it reaches approximately 350°F.
- Carefully place a few tortilla bombs in the skillet, fry each side for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, flipping gently.
- Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Serve warm with dipping sauces.
