Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked crab meat, shrimp, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and chopped green onions. Sprinkle in garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  2. Take a small flour tortilla and place 2-3 tablespoons of the prepared filling in the center. Fold the sides inwards and roll tightly from the bottom to seal.
  3. Pour enough oil into a skillet to cover 1 inch of the bottom. Heat over medium-high heat until it reaches approximately 350°F.
  4. Carefully place a few tortilla bombs in the skillet, fry each side for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, flipping gently.
  5. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Serve warm with dipping sauces.
