  • 1 large Egg For egg wash.
  • 1 tsp Coarse Sea Salt For sprinkling.

Preparation Steps
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef together with diced onions for about 5-7 minutes until no longer pink.
  2. Season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  3. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Unroll the pizza dough and cut into 3x3 inch squares.
  5. Place a tablespoon of the cheeseburger mixture in each square and fold over, pinching to seal.
  6. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil and stir in baking soda. Boil each pretzel bomb for about 30 seconds.
  7. Transfer to the baking sheet, brush with beaten egg, and sprinkle coarse sea salt. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving with your favorite dipping sauces.
