- Caramelize the Peaches: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter, melting it. Toss in sliced peaches with brown sugar and cinnamon. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Prepare the Bread: Slice sourdough or ciabatta. Spread butter on one side, drizzle olive oil on the other side.
- Assemble the Sandwiches: Use the oiled side down, layer Brie and caramelized peaches. Optionally add honey and basil before topping with another slice.
- Grill the Sandwiches: Heat the skillet over medium. Grill sandwiches for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and Brie is melted.
