Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Pour in olive oil and warm until shimmering.
  2. Season diced chicken with Cajun spices. Add to skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. In a medium pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add cheese tortellini and cook for 3-5 minutes according to package instructions.
  4. Return to skillet, add heavy cream, and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Combine drained tortellini with the sauce and chicken. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Plate the dish, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
