- Preheat your oven to 200°F (93°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan, combine butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup. Heat over medium, stirring until boiling, then boil for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and baking soda carefully.
- Place pretzel snaps in a mixing bowl and pour the warm toffee mixture over. Stir to coat.
- Fold in Heath bits to ensure they are well distributed.
