Step-by-Step Instructions for Butter Toffee Pretzels
  1. Preheat your oven to 200°F (93°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup. Heat over medium, stirring until boiling, then boil for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and baking soda carefully.
  4. Place pretzel snaps in a mixing bowl and pour the warm toffee mixture over. Stir to coat.
  5. Fold in Heath bits to ensure they are well distributed.
  6. Spread pretzels on the baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  7. Remove from oven and sprinkle roasted peanuts over the warm pretzels.
