Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 cups assorted fresh fruit strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, banana, etc.
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-inch pizza pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and water. Stir until well combined and smooth.
  3. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pizza pan, spreading it evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let it cool completely.
  4. In another bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  5. Once the brownie crust is completely cooled, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top.
  6. Arrange the assorted fresh fruit on top of the cream cheese layer in a decorative pattern.
  7. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the fruit if desired.
  8. Slice into wedges and serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving for a chilled treat.
