- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add salted butter. Whisk for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Combine the cooled brown butter with light brown sugar and granulated sugar, whisking until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.

- In a bowl, beat butter and cream cheese until fluffy. Add powdered sugar and chai spices, then mix in heavy cream.
- After cookies cool, frost half and sandwich them with the other half.
