Step-by-Step Instructions for Mango Slaw
  1. Gather a large mixing bowl. Peel and dice 2 ripe mangoes, then add them to the bowl. Finely shred 2 cups of green cabbage and grate 1 large carrot before adding them to the mix. Thinly slice 1 red bell pepper and ¼ cup of red onion, tossing everything together.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together 3 tablespoons of fresh lime juice, 2 tablespoons of honey (or maple syrup), and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the mango and vegetable mixture in the large mixing bowl. Gently toss everything together using tongs or a spatula.
