  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 6 ounces cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, crumbled bacon, diced cucumber, red onion, and shredded cheddar cheese. Toss gently to mix the ingredients evenly.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all the ingredients.
  4. Serve immediately for the freshest taste, or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
