  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper or grease it with cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, baking powder, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, and almond milk until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined. The mixture should be thick but pourable.
  5. Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
