  • 12 oz egg noodles

Method
 

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add chopped onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  3. Stir in sliced mushrooms and cook until they are tender.
  4. Add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat and stir in sour cream until well combined.
  6. Meanwhile, cook egg noodles according to package instructions; drain.
  7. Serve the stroganoff over the egg noodles.
