Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets 6 ounces each
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha adjust for spice preference
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions for garnish
  • Lime wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread a generous amount of the bang bang sauce mixture over each salmon fillet, reserving some sauce for serving.
  5. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Drizzle any remaining sauce over the salmon and garnish with chopped green onions.
  7. Serve with lime wedges on the side.

Notes
