Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets and season with salt and pepper.
Spread a generous amount of the bang bang sauce mixture over each salmon fillet, reserving some sauce for serving.
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Drizzle any remaining sauce over the salmon and garnish with chopped green onions.
Serve with lime wedges on the side.
