  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In another bowl, place the beaten egg.
  4. Dip each salmon piece into the egg, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Arrange the coated salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. While the salmon is cooking, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl to create the bang bang sauce.
  8. Once cooked, remove the salmon bites from the air fryer and drizzle with the bang bang sauce. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
