Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cut chicken breasts or thighs into bite-sized pieces, then season with salt and black pepper. Heat skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil, and fry chicken for 5–7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and minced garlic. Whisk until smooth and creamy, adjusting sriracha to taste.
  3. Serve cooked rice in bowls, layer crispy chicken bites on top, followed by shredded carrots, cucumbers, red cabbage, and green onions.
  4. Drizzle Bang Bang sauce over assembled ingredients. Garnish with sesame seeds and fresh cilantro.
