- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a large baking sheet with olive oil or cooking spray.
- Wash and scrub your potatoes thoroughly, cut them into even wedges about 1-inch thick, and place them in a large mixing bowl.

- Transfer the seasoned wedges onto your greased baking sheet, in a single layer, being careful not to overcrowd.
