Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets 6 ounces each
  • 8 ounces Boursin cheese garlic and herb flavor
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • Fresh parsley for garnish optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in the prepared baking dish, skin-side down.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the Boursin cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, dried dill, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  5. Spread the Boursin mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
  8. Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
