Method
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and mashed avocado.
- Add the Greek yogurt, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the diced red bell pepper, cucumber, and chopped cilantro.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Serve immediately on a bed of greens, in a sandwich, or in lettuce wraps.
