Ingredients
  

  • 2 large apples cored and diced (preferably Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
  • 1 cup celery diced
  • 1 cup grapes halved (red or green)
  • 1/2 cup walnuts chopped
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced apples, celery, grapes, walnuts, and raisins.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, cinnamon, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the yogurt dressing over the apple mixture and gently toss until all ingredients are well coated.
  4. Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Serve chilled, garnished with additional walnuts or a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
