- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of melted butter with 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 1/2 cups of crushed graham crackers. Stir until blended.
- Press half of the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan, add a layer of semi-sweet chocolate, and sprinkle mini marshmallows on top.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining graham cracker mixture, more chocolate, and mini marshmallows on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until marshmallows turn golden brown. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
- Let cool for 10-15 minutes, then serve warm or cool completely before cutting into squares.
