- 8 ounces tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup guacamole
- 1/4 cup salsa
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- On a large baking sheet, spread the tortilla chips in an even layer.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses evenly over the chips.
- Scatter the black beans, diced tomato, black olives, and jalapeños over the cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
- Serve immediately with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa on the side for dipping.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add diced fresh jalapeños or a drizzle of hot sauce before baking.
- You can also substitute the black beans with cooked ground beef or shredded chicken for a heartier version.
