A delicious and easy recipe for Texas Roadhouse-Style Baked Salmon, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

- 2 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the spice mixture evenly over the top of each fillet.
- Drizzle the lemon juice over the salmon.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the spice mixture.
- Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
