Ingredients
Scale
- 8 ounces of ramen noodles
- 1 pound of beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of ginger powder
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1 cup of beef broth
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine the sliced beef, soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until browned and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the beef broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in the heavy cream and let it cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce.
- Serve the ramen in bowls, topped with grilled beef, chopped green onions, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add sliced fresh jalapeños or a dash of chili flakes on top before serving.
- You can also substitute the beef with grilled chicken or tofu for a different protein option.
