Description

A delicious and spicy Korean ramen dish featuring grilled beef and a creamy sauce, perfect for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces of ramen noodles
  • 1 pound of beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger powder
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 1 cup of beef broth
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine the sliced beef, soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until browned and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the beef broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in the heavy cream and let it cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce.
  6. Serve the ramen in bowls, topped with grilled beef, chopped green onions, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add sliced fresh jalapeños or a dash of chili flakes on top before serving.
  • You can also substitute the beef with grilled chicken or tofu for a different protein option.
