A festive and colorful Red White & Blue Daiquiri recipe perfect for celebrations.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice (about 4 limes)
- 1/4 cup simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 2 cups ice
- 1 cup white rum
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the strawberries, lime juice, simple syrup, and half of the ice. Blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into a pitcher and set aside. Rinse the blender.
- In the blender, combine the blueberries, coconut cream, and the remaining ice. Blend until smooth.
- To assemble the daiquiris, fill glasses halfway with the strawberry mixture. Carefully pour the blueberry mixture on top to create a layered effect.
- Garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh mint. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, replace the rum with coconut water or soda.
- Add a splash of club soda on top for a fizzy twist.
