- 12 ounces white chocolate chips
- 1 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup red and blue sprinkles
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted.
- Pour the melted white chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer with a spatula.
- While the chocolate is still warm, evenly sprinkle the chopped strawberries, blueberries, mini marshmallows, and sprinkles over the top.
- Lightly sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the bark for added flavor.
- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate is completely set.
- Once set, break the bark into pieces and serve.
