A deliciously easy dessert that combines the rich flavors of Oreo cookies and creamy cheesecake without the need for baking.

- 16 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 8 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped (for filling)
- Additional Oreo cookies for topping
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to set.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
- Stir in the chopped Oreo cookies.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the chilled crust and spread it evenly.
- Smooth the top with a spatula and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
- Before serving, top the cheesecake with additional Oreo cookies. Carefully remove the sides of the springform pan and slice into pieces.
Notes
- For a chocolate twist, add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder to the cream cheese mixture.
- For a fruit variation, top the cheesecake with fresh strawberries or raspberries before serving.
