- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust
- ½ cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal, crushed (for topping)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (for topping)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
- Pour the filling into the graham cracker pie crust, spreading it evenly.
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Before serving, sprinkle the crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch and ground cinnamon on top for added crunch and flavor.
Notes
- For a chocolate twist, try adding ¼ cup of cocoa powder to the cream cheese mixture.
- You can also substitute the graham cracker crust with an Oreo crust for a richer flavor.
