  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper (any color)
  • 1/2 cup diced onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
