Description

Delicious and cheesy garlic parmesan cheeseburger bombs that are perfect for a snack or party appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Add the melted butter and milk, and mix until a dough forms.
  4. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat, then stir in onion powder and Worcestershire sauce. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces. Flatten each piece into a circle about 4 inches in diameter.
  6. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each circle, followed by a sprinkle of cheddar cheese.
  7. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  8. Place the stuffed dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  9. Brush the tops with the beaten egg and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  11. If desired, sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, try adding cooked bacon bits to the beef mixture.
  • You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
  • For a spicy kick, mix in some diced jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce into the beef filling.
