A delicious and easy-to-make Honey Mustard Chicken Salad that combines tender chicken with a creamy honey mustard dressing.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup red grapes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mixed greens or lettuce for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and Dijon mustard. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Add the shredded chicken, diced celery, halved grapes, red onion, and walnuts (if using) to the bowl. Stir gently until all ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the sweetness or tanginess by adding more honey or mustard if desired.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve the chicken salad over a bed of mixed greens or lettuce. Enjoy!
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute half of the Greek yogurt with mashed avocado.
