Description
A refreshing and easy-to-make Dole Whip Delight recipe that captures the tropical flavors of pineapple and coconut.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup coconut milk (canned or carton)
- 1 tablespoon sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the frozen pineapple chunks, coconut milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- If the mixture is too thick, add a little more coconut milk to achieve your desired consistency.
- Once blended, transfer the mixture to a bowl and freeze for about 30 minutes to firm up slightly.
- Serve in bowls or cups, and enjoy immediately. For a classic presentation, use a piping bag to swirl the Dole Whip into a cone or cup.
Notes
- For a tropical twist, add a splash of lime juice or a handful of fresh mint leaves before blending.
- Substitute the coconut milk with almond milk or yogurt for a different flavor profile.
