Description

Delicious chicken fritters served with a creamy garlic aioli dip.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 cup olive oil (for frying)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, eggs, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Using a spoon or your hands, form the chicken mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
  4. Carefully place the patties in the skillet, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.
  5. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Remove from the skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  7. While the fritters are cooking, prepare the garlic aioli dip by whisking together the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl until smooth.
  8. Serve the chicken fritters warm with the garlic aioli dip on the side.

Notes

  • For added flavor, try mixing in some chopped green onions or diced bell peppers into the chicken mixture.
  • If you prefer a spicier dip, add a dash of hot sauce or cayenne pepper to the garlic aioli.
