- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, ginger, garlic, and sesame seeds until well combined. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mixed salad greens, napa cabbage, red bell pepper, carrots, green onions, roasted cashews, and cilantro.
- Drizzle the sesame dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to coat all the ingredients evenly.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
