- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- 1 ripe avocado, mashed
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large whole wheat tortillas
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing or your favorite dressing
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mashed avocado, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface. Spread 1 tablespoon of ranch dressing on each tortilla.
- Evenly distribute the chicken and avocado mixture among the tortillas, placing it in the center.
- Top each with cherry tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and red onion.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
- Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for later.
