Cherry Vanilla All American Patties are delightful treats made with creamy vanilla ice cream and cherry pie filling, coated in a crunchy graham cracker mixture and drizzled with chocolate.

- 2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 cup cherry pie filling
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened vanilla ice cream and cherry pie filling. Stir gently until the cherries are evenly distributed throughout the ice cream.
- In a separate bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers, chopped pecans, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and almond extract until well combined.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a cookie scoop or your hands, form the ice cream mixture into small patties and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Once all patties are formed, roll each one in the graham cracker mixture until fully coated.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the patties or dip half of each patty into the chocolate.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2 hours to allow the patties to firm up.
