- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Olive oil for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Evenly distribute the chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
- Top the chicken mixture with fresh spinach leaves and diced tomatoes.
- Roll each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go to secure the filling.
- Place the wraps seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops lightly with olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the wraps are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing in half. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

- For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes to the chicken mixture.
