Description
A delicious dessert recipe combining brownie crust with a creamy topping and fresh fruits.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups brownie mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 2 cups assorted fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, banana, etc.)
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-inch pizza pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and water. Stir until well combined and smooth.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pizza pan, spreading it evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let it cool completely.
- In another bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Once the brownie crust is completely cooled, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top.
- Arrange the assorted fresh fruit on top of the cream cheese layer in a decorative pattern.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup over the fruit if desired.
- Slice into wedges and serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving for a chilled treat.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add a teaspoon of espresso powder to the brownie batter.
- You can also substitute the cream cheese layer with yogurt for a lighter option.
