  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup pickles, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in the onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the spices are well incorporated.
  3. Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a portion of the cooked beef mixture in the center of the tortilla.
  4. Top the beef with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, chopped pickles, shredded cheddar cheese, and a drizzle of Thousand Island dressing.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up from the bottom to the top, securing all the fillings inside.
  6. Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.
  7. For a warm wrap, place the rolled wraps seam side down in the skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and heated through.
