Description
A delicious and easy recipe for Big Mac Wraps that combines all the classic flavors of a Big Mac in a convenient wrap.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup pickles, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the spices are well incorporated.
- Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a portion of the cooked beef mixture in the center of the tortilla.
- Top the beef with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, chopped pickles, shredded cheddar cheese, and a drizzle of Thousand Island dressing.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up from the bottom to the top, securing all the fillings inside.
- Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.
- For a warm wrap, place the rolled wraps seam side down in the skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and heated through.
Notes
- For a healthier option, substitute ground turkey or chicken for the beef.
- Add sliced avocado or jalapeños for an extra kick and creaminess.
