- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust for spice preference)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
- Lime wedges (for serving)
Instructions

- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread a generous amount of the bang bang sauce mixture over each salmon fillet, reserving some sauce for serving.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Drizzle any remaining sauce over the salmon and garnish with chopped green onions.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side.
Notes
- For a crispy topping, broil the salmon for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
- Substitute the salmon with chicken breasts or tofu for a different protein option. Adjust cooking times accordingly.
