Description
Bang Bang Chicken Sliders are delicious mini sandwiches made with ground chicken, seasoned to perfection, and topped with a spicy bang bang sauce.

- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 12 slider buns
- Lettuce leaves (for garnish)
- Sliced pickles (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, panko breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter. You should get about 12 patties.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a tablespoon of oil. Once hot, add the chicken patties in batches, cooking for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and fully cooked through.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the bang bang sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a small bowl. Adjust the sriracha to your preferred spice level.
- Once the patties are cooked, assemble the sliders by placing a chicken patty on each slider bun. Top with a generous dollop of the bang bang sauce, a lettuce leaf, and pickles if desired.
