Description

Bang Bang Chicken Sliders are delicious mini sandwiches made with ground chicken, seasoned to perfection, and topped with a spicy bang bang sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 12 slider buns
  • Lettuce leaves (for garnish)
  • Sliced pickles (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, panko breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter. You should get about 12 patties.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a tablespoon of oil. Once hot, add the chicken patties in batches, cooking for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and fully cooked through.
  4. While the patties are cooking, prepare the bang bang sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a small bowl. Adjust the sriracha to your preferred spice level.
  5. Once the patties are cooked, assemble the sliders by placing a chicken patty on each slider bun. Top with a generous dollop of the bang bang sauce, a lettuce leaf, and pickles if desired.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy your Bang Bang Chicken Sliders!

Notes

  • For a healthier option, use ground turkey instead of ground chicken.
