Delicious and spicy Bang Bang Chicken Skewers, perfect for grilling.
Ingredients

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Wooden or metal skewers (if using wooden, soak in water for 30 minutes)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create the bang bang sauce.
- Add the chicken cubes to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the sauce. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to marinate.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks. The internal temperature should reach 165°F.
- Remove from the grill and drizzle with any remaining bang bang sauce before serving.
- Serve warm with lime wedges on the side.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add more sriracha to the marinade.
- For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with firm tofu or large mushrooms, and grill until golden brown.
